RULES FOR THE USE OF QOOD DOORS
To maintain the condition of your doors, clean them regularly with a soft, damp microfibre cloth, using a mild detergent such as water and washing-up liquid. Never use harsh detergents, solvents, hard sponges or wire accessories. Also do not use fluids or pastes containing abrasives.
The fluids used must not contain aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, ketones or alcohol above 25%. Moreover, it is not recommended to use liquids made on the basis of vinegar. Cleaning should be carried out with special care and attention by lightly wiping the soiled surface, as any impacts or scratches may damage the coating.
If you soil the surface of the doors, wash it gently with a slightly dampened soft cloth and then wipe the cleaned surface dry. If you spill liquid such as wine, juice or other food products, immediately wipe the soiled surface. Prolonged contact of the door surface with water or other liquid (flooding) may lead to damage and loss of warranty.
Doors should be properly installed (using appropriate hinges or fittings) and used for their intended purpose.
Furniture with doors should be in rooms with a relative humidity not exceeding 60% and a temperature between 15-30 degrees C.
If the doors are fitted in a kitchen near a range hood (extractor hood), this should always be switched on when cooking. If there is a dishwasher in the kitchen, the instructions for use must be strictly followed. Never leave the dishwasher door ajar or open after the washing cycle has ended, in order to dry the dishes more quickly. Frequent exposure of the doors to high-temperature steam can lead to damage to the doors and void the guarantee.
With older generation ovens (without a cooling system) or ovens emitting too high a temperature (above 70°C) the negative effects of high temperatures must be taken into account (eliminated) during installation. This can be achieved by increasing the distance between the door and the appliance or by placing "screens" between the oven and the side edge of the door (e.g. from chipboard).
As with the dishwasher, it is unacceptable to leave the door of a hot oven ajar or open.
