Purposes and legal basis of personal data processing
Your personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter GDPR) and the Data Protection Act of 10th May 2018.
QOOD processes your personal data in order to:

2. conclude and subsequent perform the purchase and sale contract (on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),

Period of processing of personal data
Personal data collected for the purpose of executing a sales contract will be processed for 5 years, calculated from the end of the calendar year in which the purchase was made.
Personal data of persons who have contacted us using the form will be processed for 1 year counting from the end of the calendar year in which the contact was made.

7. withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of that consent before its withdrawal,
