For your IKEA order, you can add fronts and cover panels – fillers, plinths and side panels – compatible with the Metod, Faktum, PAX, Platsa and Besta systems.
You can also use QOOD fronts with your existing cabinets if you want to refresh your kitchen, living room or bedroom.
They are also perfect for creating completely new furniture, designed according to your own idea.
Our fronts are compatible with the Metod, Faktum, PAX, Platsa and Besta systems.
For each product, you can enter the custom dimensions you need. Please note that you take full responsibility for the measurements you provide. We do not drill hinge holes in such fronts unless you provide us with a drawing indicating their placement. Learn more here.
You can purchase IKEA products directly in IKEA stores or through the IKEA website. QOOD does not act as an intermediary in purchasing these items.
We offer matt lacquered doors, acrylic doors, laminated doors in solid colors or wood decor, as well as veneered doors.
Most doors are 18 mm thick. Cover panels are 12 mm or 18 mm, and the plinth is 18 mm. Depending on the material, the thickness of the doors may vary. Each product is described in detail in the shop.
Make sure your cart matches the list of required doors and cover panels you prepared earlier. If you are unsure, you can send us your project or list, and we will check the cart for you.
Yes, if they are different styles. However, we do not recommend combining doors in similar colors, as shades, finishes, and materials may vary. Also pay attention to the thickness of QOOD and IKEA doors, especially when they are placed directly next to each other.
We do not provide our own installation services, but we can recommend partner companies that offer installation in selected cities in Poland – both for complete kitchens and for QOOD doors only.
The fronts are packed in cardboard boxes and placed on a pallet. Orders are shipped via courier companies. Another form of transport, different from standard courier delivery, is also possible and may include the option of carrying items inside – details and costs are arranged by email, depending on the delivery location.
Yes. If your chosen NCS color is not included in our standard collection, you can enter its code when placing your order. In this case, select the last option among the lacquered fronts. This option comes at no additional cost.
The lead time depends on the selected material. Current lead times can be found on the product page. For non-standard sizes, the lead time may be longer. After payment, you will receive an order confirmation with an estimated shipping date. Delivery time is not included in the lead time.
When your order is ready for shipping, we will notify you by email. Usually, it is dispatched the next business day, and delivery within Poland takes up to 3 business days. We work with Schenker, who will contact you to arrange the delivery date.
International delivery takes about 7 business days.
No. The hinges must be purchased from IKEA.
Of course. If you are unsure how to correctly place an order in the store, we will be happy to help. You can send your project to hello@qood.design
Yes, personal pickup is possible near Poznań. Details are arranged via email.
In addition to the cabinets, remember to order the interior fittings (drawers, shelves, cargo and corner systems), hinges and legs. It is also important to decide on handles and household appliances.
Select the fronts in your preferred finish and the correct size, then add the required quantity to the cart.
Lacquered fronts are made of 18 mm thick MDF board. On this type of front we can make milling details such as frames, grooves or integrated handles.
Classic and Wood laminated fronts are made of particle board, 18 mm thick. Premium laminated fronts are made of MDF board, also 18 mm thick.
Veneered fronts are made of MDF board covered with a layer of natural veneer and finished with a matte lacquer. The final thickness of the front is 19–20 mm.
We ship orders to the following countries: Poland, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Germany, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Italy. We can also arrange shipping to the United Kingdom and Switzerland individually.

Yes. Our standard collection includes Natural Oak, Light Oak and Dark Oak. If you would like a different finish, please contact us by email. We can send you a digital color chart or arrange the possibility of borrowing one. If you want to match the color to your floor or another piece of furniture, you can send us a sample and we will prepare a custom finish. For custom veneer finishes, ordering an individual sample is required before placing an order for the fronts.
Yes. Veneer is a natural material, and this is one of its strengths. The shade of veneer from a different batch may vary compared to a previous order, as can the grain pattern and its density. These natural variations make each front unique.
The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase for private customers. For business purchases, the warranty period is 1 year.
We recommend choosing an edge handle or using the tip-on system. Due to the design of this front and the width of the milled stripes, installing a standard handle is not possible.
Yes. The width of the milled stripe can be freely modified.
Using our Online Store, select the fronts you want to use in your project and add the required number of elements. The cart is saved automatically, so you can return to it or edit it at any time.
Yes. IKEA elements must be ordered independently. We encourage you to use IKEA’s free planning service with a designer, who will check your project and prepare the product order. This can be done in an IKEA store or remotely online.
Yes. If you have trouble adding the right elements or are unsure, just write to us at hello@qood.design. Quotes are free of charge.
Yes. We work with designers who specialize in IKEA kitchens. Write to us at hello@qood.design and we will send you the details. If you need help planning your kitchen layout from scratch, remember that IKEA offers a free kitchen planning service – you can book an appointment in-store or online.
A side panel is a decorative finishing element in the kitchen. It is used to ensure the side matches the color or design of the fronts. Side panels can be plain or follow the same model as the fronts (e.g. with a milled frame). A 12 mm thick panel can be used for decorative finishing only. If the panel is meant to serve as support or as a dishwasher cover, we recommend using an 18 mm thick panel.
A filler panel is an element used to cover the space, usually between the last cabinet and the wall. You can find filler panels in our cover panel section – choose from our suggested sizes or order a custom size in the CUSTOM section.
TIP FROM QOOD: when planning your kitchen, remember that if you have drawers next to a wall, it is worth adding a filler panel or a side panel to prevent the drawer from rubbing against the wall.
Yes. Under-cabinet panels are part of our standard offer. They are available in 12 mm and 18 mm thickness.
TIP FROM QOOD: when ordering an under-cabinet panel, remember to extend your fronts by its thickness so the panel is covered. If you are unsure how to do this, just write to us.
Yes. You can achieve a full-height design by adding cover panels in the right dimensions. You can also use the CUSTOM option to order made-to-measure elements.
TIP FROM QOOD: you can order fronts with an extended top edge to achieve a ceiling-high finish without adding an extra panel. If you are unsure how to do this, just write to us.
Side panels are installed either by gluing or screwing them from the inside of the cabinet.
A filler panel is screwed in place.
TIP FROM QOOD: if you are installing a filler panel next to base cabinets, for a better visual effect plan it to match the height of the front and place a plinth underneath. You can also check our article for different installation methods.
The under-cabinet panel is screwed from the inside of the wall unit. Check how to do it in our Knowledge Zone.
No. If you order milled fronts with frames or a full-width milled handle, elements with a height of 10 cm will be plain.
Yes. By default, the grain runs continuously in a vertical direction. After placing an order through the Online Store, please send us your project so we can verify which fronts should have continuous grain. The maximum total height for continuous grain fronts is 275 cm.
Appliances recommended by IKEA are also compatible with our fronts. If you choose appliances from another brand, please check with a specialist to ensure the dimensions fit our fronts and cabinets – this is especially important for dishwashers.
For lacquered and veneered elements, we can prepare a milled ventilation grille for an additional fee – in this case, you don’t need to install a separate grille. For laminated elements, the cut-out must be made independently.
The plinth we provide is plain. Clips should be screwed onto the plinth, and then attached to the cabinet legs.
Add up the widths of the cabinets and the spaces in the corners. Remember to also include the plinth under any filler panels.
Don’t worry. The legs in the IKEA system are adjustable, and QOOD elements can be cut to the required size.
Yes. By default, the inside of a side panel is white. It is possible to order the inside to be lacquered in the same color as the outside – please add this information in the order notes and contact us by email after placing your order.
Fronts with a height below 20 cm do not have frames or a full-width milled handle.
Classic laminated, Premium laminated, and veneered fronts have color or texture on both sides. Lacquered fronts are painted on one side only.
For lacquered fronts, the sample does not differ from the final front, but keep in mind that on a larger surface the color may appear slightly darker or lighter.
For veneered fronts, small differences may occur, as they are made from natural wood veneer.
Yes. Remember to add a 39 × 80 cm cover panel, which should be cut to fit the fillers in the 128 × 68 cm corner cabinet. You can also use the CUSTOM section to order these elements made to measure. Usually, two fillers sized 8 × 80 cm are required for a standard corner cabinet without modifications.
You can glue the filler panel to a mounting base installed underneath. Then, using screws, fix the mounting base from inside the cabinet to the carcass where the filler panel is attached. You can find a detailed guide in our Knowledge Zone.
If you choose an under-cabinet panel, select the option of extended wall unit fronts – this way the front will cover the under-cabinet panel. You can find under-cabinet panels in the “Panels and Plinths” section, and extended fronts in the fronts section marked as “extended fronts.”
Yes. However, remember to add the extended front only to the lower part of the wall units. If you have cabinets above, do not add extended fronts to those units.
You can find cover panels in the “Panels and Plinths” section. These include fillers, side panels, ceiling panels, under-cabinet panels, and plinths.
Yes. For each type of front, you can order panels and plinths in the same finish as the fronts.
The type of hinges depends on the cabinet type and purpose. When you add cabinets to the IKEA Kitchen Planner, the appropriate hinges are automatically added. If you are unsure, you can consult an IKEA designer or consultant.
No. In a corner cabinet, there is one wooden handle, placed vertically along the edge of the front. If you choose left-hand opening, the handle will be on the right front. If you choose right-hand opening, the handle will be on the left front.
By default, the handle is 15 cm long. However, this dimension can be modified for visual or functional reasons, for example in the case of taller fronts. Its placement can also be agreed individually.
In drawers, the handle is mounted horizontally – along the edge of the front’s width.
In doors that open to the left or right, the handle is mounted vertically – along the edge of the front’s height.
By default, the handle is fixed flush with the edge of the front, but on request it can be set a few centimeters away from the edge.
Yes. We also produce rounded elements – just send us your request by email.
Yes. We produce custom furniture for non-standard spaces. We also make cabinet bodies for glass units as well as glass fronts. These elements are available upon individual request.
Yes, all fronts come with compatible hinge holes and drawer runner holes.
Yes, we can extend the top edge of the front to create a full-height design up to the ceiling. When you open the front, it can serve as additional storage space or you can install a cover panel there.
Frame 10, Frame 50, Cut Frame 50 and Classic Frame fronts can be divided with a horizontal strip. The proportions of the division can be agreed individually.
Our fronts are supplied in different widths as standard, so there is no need for a filler piece between them. It is only important to decide which front should open first (the narrower one) and which should open second (the wider one).
In a corner wardrobe, a handle can only be installed on one front – the one that opens first. Usually, the narrower front is fitted with a handle, while the wider one remains without.
QOOD fronts feature an extended bottom edge of 5 cm to cover the wardrobe plinth. Make sure your floor is level – there should be around 1.5 cm of clearance between the front and the floor. If you prefer not to use the extended front option, you can choose the standard size, in which case the PAX carcass plinth will remain visible.
For a PAX wardrobe 236 cm high, the hinges should be placed in the following holes (counting from the top):
Hinge 1 – holes no. 3 and 4
Hinge 2 – holes no. 32 and 33
Hinge 3 – holes no. 38 and 39
Hinge 4 – holes no. 67 and 68
For a PAX wardrobe 201 cm high, the hinges should be placed in the following holes (counting from the top):
Hinge 1 – holes no. 1 and 2
Hinge 2 – holes no. 29 and 30
Hinge 3 – holes no. 58 and 59
Yes, of course, but make sure to place an 18 mm panel between the wardrobe carcass and the wall, so that the front can fully open once the handle is mounted. Also, remember to choose handles with the right thickness. Take a look at our Knowledge Zone Blog article, where we explain what to consider when planning a wardrobe.
Yes, after placing your order you will receive our assembly instructions for the extension.
All the necessary components for assembling the extension are included in the set. You will only need a screwdriver or an electric drill. We recommend attaching the extension to the PAX wardrobe using screws with a maximum length of 3 cm and additionally securing it to the wall with brackets. These mounting elements must be purchased separately.
No, our extensions are a few millimeters shallower than the depth of the PAX carcass. This is because IKEA allows for slight dimensional tolerances. When designing our extensions, we took this into account to ensure that their size never exceeds the depth of the PAX carcass. The depth has therefore been standardized, which ensures functional and safe fitting.
Yes, you can use one continuous door up to a total height of 275 cm. This way, when you open the door, you have access to both the PAX wardrobe and the extension at the same time. You can also choose to divide the doors into separate parts – one for the PAX and one for the extension.
Yes, absolutely! Go to the “Doors for extensions” section. You can choose an individual NCS colour that matches the doors already installed in your PAX. Please note that shades may vary due to the previous use of the existing PAX doors. We cannot guarantee that the selected NCS shade will be an exact match to IKEA doors.
TIP FROM QOOD: When planning extensions, don’t forget to add a side panel for the full height of the unit if the side of your wardrobe will be visible.
Yes, the hinges for the wardrobe should be purchased at IKEA.
Yes, if you order a complete set – the extension together with the fronts.
If you order only the extensions, we do not make hinge holes. The holes are prepared only if you order a complete set – extensions with fronts.
Unfortunately, we do not produce fronts with drill holes tailored to the Platsa system. There are two options: you can order a front in the correct size without drill holes (to be done on your side), or you can order a complete drawer set from us with runners and a front – in that case, you don’t need to purchase the drawer system from IKEA.
Upon request and based on an individual inquiry, we can also produce extensions for the Platsa wardrobe.
