The QOOD extension is easy to assemble, and in this article we will walk you through the process step by step.
Step 1: Make sure your PAX cabinet is standing stable
If you plan to use the QOOD extension, we recommend screwing the PAX cabinet to the wall. In addition, make sure the PAX cabinet is properly leveled and the cabinet's diagonals are correct. Otherwise, the extension will be installed crookedly and the fronts will not be at the same height.
Step 2: Get your tools ready
Before you start, make sure you have all the necessary tools. You'll need a drill- driver, a screwdriver, and screws that are 30mm long and 3.5mm in diameter. It's also a good idea to get someone to help you with the installation.
Step 3: Put the QOOD extension on the PAX cabinet
Place the QOOD extension on top of the PAX cabinet. Make sure the extension is placed in the right place and aligned with the front edge and the sides. For this you will need the help of a second person.
Step 4: Combine the QOOD extension with the PAX body
Use screws to screw the bottom part of the QOOD extension to the top part of the PAX cabinet. It is best to use one screw at each corner. For a larger cabinet size, such as 100 cm wide, apply additional screws halfway along the front edge.
Step 5: Organize your closet
Once the QOOD extension is safely attached, you can start organizing the space in your closet!
